My First Midday Shift at The LOOP

With my first midday shift completed at The LOOP, I must admit it was an amazing day.

First I would like to thank everyone who took the time to send their kind comments and well wishes.
I was really blown away by the response.

Yes, I do realize that this is an amazing opportunity.

Many know that I was born and raised right here in Chicago and only moved away in the late 80's to pursue my radio career with the ultimate goal of returning to Chicago to work on The LOOP.
Almost 5 years ago, I decided that it was time and walked away from my successful radio show in SW Florida and took the chance to make the move back to Chicago.
It paid off and I was hired to do weekends at The LOOP.
Man, was I excited.

Well, it's been hundreds of late nights, fill-ins, and weekends since that day, and I wouldn't have missed any of them for the world.
The LOOP really is the greatest rock station in the whole country, and I am honored and privileged every day to be a part of this amazing team.
